It all started in 2018 with a realization. Working in healthcare, I was no stranger to physical tension in others or in myself. I carried tension in my neck and shoulders and that lead to tightness and chronic pain. At the time, my "solution" was daily doses of Ibuprofen. I knew I was putting harsh chemicals into my body just to get through the day, but I didn't think an effective alternative to pain management existed.

That all changed when a friend introduced me to a CBD-based topical. It worked, but I knew, with my education and experience in healthcare I could take that concept and refine it into something even better.

I began crafting my own CBD cream with a simple goal: create a high-potency, natural alternative to over-the-counter pain relief. The results were life-changing. Over time I gradually reduced my use of Ibuprofen until I stopped taking it entirely. In fact, I haven't reached for a bottle of pills in years. 

What started as a personal mission quickly grew; after sharing batches with friends and family, the feedback was overwhelming. People weren't just using it—they were relying on it.
